Maternity sessions can be done as a classic session, an intimate session, a family session, or an outdoor session. It is best to speak with the photographer before booking your session to make sure you get what you are looking for. Maternity session are best shot between 32-34 weeks.

If you would like a gown to be included in your session you must make this purchase a minimum of 21 days before your session as most places take weeks to make these gowns as seen in photographers’ images. The photographer’s preferred gown vendor is “Sew Trendy Accessories” on Etsy. For more detailed info on Maternity sessions, gowns, etc please inquire with the photographer before booking.

Important Session Information
Session Fee Includes:
– Pre-session phone/e-mail/message consult (optional)
– Photographer’s time and talent and use of props and backdrops (photographer often buys unique props for each session so be sure you mention items you may want during your consult.)
– Online proofing gallery including a variety of professionally edited images. Your online gallery will be e-mailed to you once editing is complete and will be viewable for the duration of our business relationship. – Number of edited images is not guaranteed and is at the photographer’s discretion. Editing times vary based on the time of year and busy seasons. No refunds are given at any time for any reason.
– Retainer fee to book is 50% of the Session and is non-refundable. A 3% surcharge is added to all payments. The remaining balance is due on the session day.
Session Fee and completed Portrait Contract are required to confirm the booking and are non-refundable. Dates are not held without paid session fee deposits of 50% of your total session fee and the remaining balance due before the session start time.
NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.

-All payments are submitted via invoicing and a 3% surcharge is added to all payments. Cash can only be accepted in exact change for the remainder owed at the session.
