STUDIO NEWBORNS

Newborn sessions are for infants less than two weeks old. Newborn sessions are BEST at around five to ten days after birth. This is why it is important to book early {before 32 weeks} so both parents and photographer have time to plan. All Newborn Sessions are held at our studio in Las Vegas, NV 89123, as you will have access to our complete set of newborn props, accessories and safety equipment. We book using your due date, however the session date will be scheduled once baby arrives.

Once booked, an official Newborn Questionnaire will be sent to help guide us with planning your session perfectly to your vision.

THE TINY MOMENTS COLLECTION: (Baby Only or Baby + Parents Only)
This session is a 2 hour full newborn session which includes 2 portrait sets and 2 themed sets of your choosing with full access to our entire prop collection. You will receive an online gallery to review and purchase digital images, prints, canvas prints and more, plus you will receive a stunning hand designed lay flat album of all your edited images.
*a minimum of 25 images will be edited by your photographer

This session is a 3 hour full newborn session which includes 2 portrait sets, 2 themed sets of your choosing with full access to our entire prop collection, plus siblings/family portraits with the newborn. You will receive an online gallery to review and purchase digital images, prints, canvas prints and more, plus you will receive a stunning hand designed lay flat album of all your edited images.

THE WATCH ME GROW MILESTONE PACKAGE
6 Sessions (30min each/1 additional outfit), includes a 12X36 canvas print of the final composite (as seen below) as well as the props used for the growing project, the cake smash, and approx. 10 edited digital images per session = $800

(payment plan deposit of $175 + $125 X 5) includes (NB Shot, 3mo, 5mo, 7mo, 9mo, 1yr) cannot be booked unless you have completed your newborn session with us. See above for Newborn pricing.

Important session information

Session Fee Includes:
-Pre-session phone/e-mail/message consult (optional)
-Photographer’s time and talent and use of props and backdrops (photographer often buys unique props for each session so be sure you mention items you may want during your consult.)
-Online proofing gallery including a variety of professionally edited images. Your online gallery will be e-mailed to you once editing is complete and will be viewable for the duration of our business relationship. Number of edited images depends on subject participation and length of session. Number of edited images is not guaranteed and is at photographer’s discretion. Editing times vary based on time of year and busy seasons. NO refunds are given at anytime for any reason. Reschedules must take place at least 10 days in advance to guarantee you won’t lose your session fee, but rather transfer it to a new date.

***Session Fee DOES NOT include prints or digital images. Product is purchased separately.
Prints, Product and Digital Images are NOT required beyond the session fee, however will always be available to view in your online gallery which does not expire.

• Digital Images as well as canvases, prints, merchandise, announcements, and more will be available from your gallery upon completion of editing from photographer.
• Retainer fee to book is 50% of the Session and is non-refundable. A 3% surcharge is added to all payments. Remaining balance is due at the session day.

Session Fee and completed Portrait Contract is required to confirm booking and is non-refundable. Dates are not held without paid session fee deposits of 50% of your total session fee and remaining balance due prior to session start time.

NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, any money paid to TVS is forfeited if session is canceled or not rescheduled before 10 days.

-All payments are submitted via invoicing and a 3% surcharge is added to all payments. Cash can only be accepted in exact change for the remainder owed at the session.
